BACON is obtained from the adipose and muscular layer of pork ribs.

Products different in shape, aroma and flavor are obtained from it’s production such as bacon with a cylindrical or rectangular form, more or less seasoned according to the ingredients used (pepper, cinnamon, etc ...)

The slice is a pinkish white with a well marked red color in the leaner areas.
