Specialty LineBACONED SALAMI is a top level gastronomic product. It is obtained by working with bacon which serves as a casing and is filled with Salami Milano mixture. The maturation period lasts roughly 70 days. The final product presents a cylindrical shape, the slice is a pinkish white color on the outside while it’s interior presents the typical red, rice-grain aspect of Salami Milano. The bacon on the outside maintains the product soft to the palate, the flavor is particularly sweet.
