GRAND MILANO SALAMI is a giant salami milano.

It’s initial weight of 16 kilograms drops to roughly 10 kilograms during maturation.

The salami dough is sacked in pork casing and tied by hand with a very thick weaving of string.

The maturation phase lasts at least 210 days.

Each piece is numbered.
