The Quality Management System

The Quality System of the Baldo organization is described in the Quality Manual and in support documentation such as:

• Operative Procedures
• Operative instructions
• Process technique specifications
• Product technique specifications

The quality manual is composed of 20 chapters, the same number as those present in the ISO 9001 Norm and are specific for detailing the Baldo Quality System.

Strategy and Goals

This strategy is applicable to operative management according to the directives contained in the Quality manual and respect the following strategic objectives:

Creation of partnership relations with suppliers through:

• The determination, definition and application of methods for evaluating and classifying suppliers
• The involvement of suppliers in the study and realization of new products and/or the improvement of those existing
