PIG'S TROTTER is a product composed of salted and spiced pork,
both lean and fatty, which is sacked in the skin of the anterior foot
of the pig from which it takes its shape.
The product is then steam cooked, cooled and sterilized. The product
is particularly tasty.
It is present at least once on each Italian dinner table during the Christmas
and New Year’s holidays.
