is BALDO ?
BALDO Srl was founded in 1958 with a craftsmanlike and multi-product
imprint.
In 1979 it launched itself on the European market with I 348L authorization
and sanitary seal.
In 1988 BALDO carried out a conversion plan by setting up a productive
and organizational structure capable of meeting the needs of modern distribution
while orientating itself to the production of quality salami.
Where is it ?
The direction and production units of BALDO are situated in a typical
area of northern Italy: Brianza.

Evolution
BALDO is currently operating on four production lines aimed at achieving
and exalting the best quality of the Italian salami industry.
The Salami Line products, whole products to be matured and cooked products,
are researched, projected and carried out by highly qualified personnel
and ultramodern technology.
The productive cycles are managed and controlled at each step until
distribution which takes place according to the "Just in Time"
principle.
Flexibility, availability and reliability are peculiar characteristics
of BALDO which proposes itself on the market with both its own brand and
that of its customers.
